Order of process:
1. Contact us for a visit with you.
2. We will spend time with you to work out the best plan going forward, take measurements and answer any questions
3. Email you through a quotation which can be itemised to separate phases to a project.
4. You have as much time as you need to make your decision based on the quote, ask any further questions, re-adjust project if required.
5. Upon agreement a start date will be fixed. Work will be carried out within agreed timescale.
6. Throughout the project we will be at hand at all times to answer questions. We pride ourselves on our friendly professionalism both in our communication with you and the standard of which work is carried out.
7. Upon completing of work carried out we will make sure that you are happy with all elements before your payment is taken.
